Liz is AMAZING!!! I can’t even come up with the right words to explain how wonderful and easy she is to work with. We went on our first cruise the Disney Magic.
Not only this being my first but with the ever changing Covid
rules I was absolutely 
clueless. I may have been a nightmare to her haha.! We started off with 3 staterooms and 10 people and ended up with 2 rooms and 8 people. She made the process just so dang easy.
Through the whole situation and my 5 million questions, Liz was always available (even when she was in another country). She was always ready to answer my question or guide me to a place where to find the answer. I truly can’t thank you enough Liz for how kind you are and how easy going you are.
You made Mickey Magic () real and we can’t thank you enough. You’re stuck with me now haha.!

We had an awesome and restful vacation. Liz Haak did a fantastic job setting it up, keeping us up-to- date on everything Covid related. She had everything clearly spelled out on what we needed to do to ensure smooth travel (because nothing is smooth or normal right now) She was able to pre-book dinner reservations for us for the first 3 nights and we didn't have to worry about hurrying to make those when we checked in. We knew every "t" had been crossed and "I" dotted and we could spend our days relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. If anyone is looking to travel and not sure where they want to go, or like us (unfamiliar with anything outside the US) we highly recommend Liz (Korzinski) for you Fremd people. We had such an amazing honeymoon and it wouldn't have been nearly as good without your help! Everything went so smoothly during the trip, I kept waiting to run into some sort of issue, but tha
nkfully it never came!
We had one incident with the Resort where our ceiling started leaking water due to a pipe bursting of some sort, but they handled it very well! After reaching out to our Butler, he was able to get us into a new room quickly and they decorated our new bed with rose petals and an extra bottle of Champa
gne for the trouble.
We met another couple from Chicago on our snorkeling excursion and they had nothing but bad things to say about their resort when we were comparing it to our experience, so that was very reassuring!
We truly appreciate the fact that even though the world is crazy right now (and even tougher to travel recently) you were able to get us set up with a trip to celebrate our marriage and have it feel like the getaway we needed!

This is my embarrassingly long overdue thank you for helping us book our trip to Cancun at Christmas. 😊 Overall I would say we had a wonderful time and would recommend the resort. Our room location was good (not great, but it was definitely better than overlooking the kiddie pool!), the restaurants were fantastic, service excellent, etc. We went on a couple of excursions and had 1.5 days without any rain and plentiful sun. Can’t help the weather!! So thank you for all of your assistance, we greatly appreciate it! Have a very happy New Year!

I have worked with Liz for 11 years now. She is amazing! Liz always goes above and beyond. We had friends that happened to be going to Sandals Emerald Bay the same time we were and she worked with Sandals to ensure our rooms were close together. This is just one example. I would strongly recommend using Liz to book your next trip!

Liz coordinated 42 of my crazy family and friends for my wedding in Riviera Maya Mexico. She recommended the resort we go to that best suited our needs (wedding, kids, adults, all-inclusive, etc), and literally handled it all. My wedding was absolutely beautiful and stress-free and we LOVED the resort. It was perfect for our group. She set up an excursion to the Mayan ruins, the kids swam with the dolphins, all of us had airport shuttles to and from our resort waiting for us, wedding details were taken care of and she also dealt with many situations that arose along the way.
I always thought I’d be an absolute wreck on my wedding day, but because everything was taken care of before I got there, I had an amazing day, wasn’t worried, and had the best time. I recommend everyone have a destination wedding and I recommend you use Liz to schedule and coordinate it.
I honestly don’t think I could have done it all myself. I know it would have cost me a LOT more if I had. She had to work with everyone from Pennsylvania, Florida, Tennessee, Kansas, and England and none of us have even met her in person.
My best friend used her for her destination wedding and recommended her to me. She got us some great deals and upgrades as well. The biggest thing I love is that she has become a friend through it all and I will trust her to plan all my big vacations from here on out.
Just because she was finished with the wedding, didn’t mean I never heard from her again. She’s kept in touch over the last few years. She’s good people. Thanks, Liz!! Our wedding was unforgettable. It was a trip for me and my family to treasure forever.

Liz was phenomenal. Hooked us up with everything we needed and more during the trip. Great reccomendations on what to do and got us great deals. The accommodations were outstanding and everything literally was what she said it would be. Things couldn't have gone any smoother!

Most sickening, helpless feeling I've ever had...showed up at the airport on Saturday for a family Mexican vacation only to realize my passport had expired last month. My family went to Mexico and I went home. But my AWESOME A+ travel agent, Liz Haak, took care of getting me to the right passport office in Dallas and rearranged all my airline tickets to get me back to my family on Monday. Feeling so much better now even with the storm hitting the area. Thanks Liz you're the best!

Liz is by far the best travel agent! I thought that travel agents were becoming non-existent with the internet world. When I booked on the internet and went with Liz, I was so glad to be able to use Liz versus the internet. I would never book another trip or vacation without her.
I highly recommend Liz and pass her name around, glad to refer her to anyone I can! Her knowledge, follow-through, organization, and attention to details puts you in a position to do one thing, relax and leave everything to Liz. My kids still talk about Disney being the best vacation ever and credit to Liz!
